Do your best to consider others
Many of us haven’t been around colleagues and in the workplace for a while, and it might take a bit of time to adjust, so it’s important to be mindful of others. If you’re feeling anxious, remember everyone is in the same boat, and it’s likely that everyone feels the same as you do.
Make sure to rest
Adjusting your routine and preparing to reenter an environment surrounded by other colleagues after working alone from home can be exhausting. You’ll need your weekends and your evenings to recharge.
Use Support
You’re probably going to want to talk about how it’s going – take time to be with your friends, family and colleagues. Lean on this network of support and be there for them too.
